Advantages Of Calcium Silicon
1. Calcium silicon has a strong deoxidation capacity, deoxidation products are easy to float and easy to discharge.
2. Ca-Si alloy can improve the performance of steel to improve the plasticity of steel, impact toughness and mobility.
3. Calcium silicon alloy is used to control the shape, size and distribution of oxide and sulfide inclusions improving fluidity, machinability, ductility and impact properties of the final product.
4. Ferro silicon calcium has chalking resistance.
5. Si-Ca is not easily deliquescent.
