The international molybdenum price has skyrocketed, surpassing the previous high, and the theoretical export price is much higher than the Chinese market. A new round of stocking of ferromolybdenum in China is about to start, and factories generally suspend quotations.
For factory orders, there was a seamless bidding for 60 tons of ferromolybdenum in the terminal market yesterday, and the cash was 37,800 yuan/ton. However, with the sharp rise in international ferromolybdenum prices, domestic factories generally plan to raise their quotations, but because the cost of raw materials is unclear, how to compare specific quotations hesitate.
The cost of raw materials is not guaranteed in the future, and the market generally believes that the follow-up ore will reach US$580/tonne, and the market may continue to rise in the future due to the impact of the Spring Festival and the epidemic.
