Recently, the industrial silicon spot market has strong price sentiment, and some of the holders have offered relatively strong prices, but the feedback of the manufacturers is not good. In the near term, the supply side, Sichuan and Yunnan regional seasonal production reduction, the current number of Sichuan regional furnace decreased by 27 units from the end of last month, the operating rate decreased by 23.08%, Yunnan reduced by 15 units, the operating rate decreased by 9.2%. However, some of the new production capacity is expected to be released in the dry period, under the situation of reduced demand, the inventory is still to be consumed before the year, and it is expected that the short-term shock is weak.
Today, the weak and stable silicone DMC market, the market mainstream trading price reference to 12800-13800 yuan/ton (water delivery). Merchants in order to promote sales to take profit strategy, but the actual transaction is more limited, inventory pressure has increased. Under the bearish sentiment of market participants, more see and less move, and the overall deal is weak to negotiate.
Polysilicon prices are stable today, polysilicon is expected to reduce output, but the current inventory level is still at a high level, the downstream joint production reduction, the demand for polysilicon is weak, the price game, the current re-feed report 36-41 yuan/kg, dense material offer 35-39 yuan/kg, cauffle material offer 31-34 yuan/kg.
Overall, although the industrial silicon market has a good price, but the production cut seems to be difficult to make waves on the market price, the favorable support for the future market is insufficient, and short-term bearish sentiment is still there.
