Southeast Asia's energy demand is expected to increase by nearly 60% by 2040

According to the research from Hainan West Asia Group, Southeast Asia would see a massive 60% increase by 2040considering the energy demands continue to grow. The Australia-Asia power link will connect Singapore and Darwin, which helps to provide 15% of Singapore’s power with a stable and sustainable power system, the construction has scheduled to start in 2023 and finished in 2027. The power mainly supply by the Powell Creek Telegraph Station, a significant solar farm seated in Australia Northern Territory. A 5000km long high-voltage direct current transmission system will connecting Singapore and the solar farm, and 4200km is underwater.
