From January to November, China's ferrosilicon exports increased by 31.21% year on year

Hainan West Asia Group 2022-12-22: According to the statistics of the General Administration of Customs, in November 2022, China's ferrosilicon export volume was 37071.498 tons, a month on month decrease of 1923.184 tons (4.93%); The year-on-year decrease was 19460.598 tons (34.42%). The export volume of ferrosilicon containing more than 55% silicon is 34174.184 tons, a month on month decrease of 2413.398 tons (6.60%); The year-on-year decrease was 20941.412 tons (38.00%). The export volume of ferrosilicon with silicon content ≤ 55% was 2897.314 tons, an increase of 490.214 tons month on month (20.37%); The year-on-year increase was 1480.814 tons (104.54%). From January to November 2022, China's ferrosilicon exports totaled 637310.892 tons, an increase of 151582.26 tons (31.21%) compared with 485728.632 tons from January to November 2021.

In November 2022, China's ferrosilicon import volume will be 6710.165 tons, a month on month decrease of 1531.735 tons (18.58%); The year-on-year increase was 699.301 tons (11.63%). Among them, 6701.665 tons of ferrosilicon with silicon content>55% was imported, a month on month decrease of 1519.535 tons (18.48%); The year-on-year increase was 718.779 tons (12.01%). The import volume of ferrosilicon with silicon content ≤ 55% is 8.5 tons, a decrease of 12.2 tons (58.94%) on a month on month basis; The year-on-year decrease was 19.478 tons (69.62%).
