Faced with such a severe market situation, the Manganese Professional Committee of the Ferroalloy Industry Association convened an emergency video conference of more than 40 manganese member units nationwide on the morning of July 22. The meeting reached the following resolutions:

1. From now on, we will strictly limit and reduce production by more than 60%.

2. Minimize the purchase of foreign ores and avoid the risks brought by high ore prices.

3. The whole industry is well prepared to live a hard life in three years, practice hard and reduce costs.

The association said that the only way for the industry to save itself is to strictly implement the restrictions on production, reduce production and reduce procurement, and there is no alternative.
